We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager to lead and grow our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration or marketing, with solid experience in managing sales teams, developing strategic initiatives, and driving market growth.

Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in the education and training sector, especially those who understand B2B/B2G dynamics in this field.

This role is key in preparing future leaders within the organization and may evolve into a Director-level position as the business expands.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with clients across various sectors including private companies, government ministries, semi-government entities, and institutions within the education and training industry.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine business models and market approaches.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance, forecasts, and business trends.
  • Represent the company in external meetings, partnerships, and negotiations.
  • Contribute to the organizational structure and help shape future commercial roles.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the Saudi market.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Saudi nationality is preferred.
