We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Creator (TikTok Specialist) to produce high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in shooting, editing, and delivering content tailored for TikTok and other social media platforms. They should be passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and audience engagement.

Main Responsibilities

Video Production:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for TikTok and other digital platforms.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm changes to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Capture high-quality video footage, ensuring consistency in lighting, audio, and framing.

Marketing Alignment:

  • Ensure all video content aligns with Lola's marketing campaigns and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that support promotional efforts.
  • Use video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) to enhance video quality.
  • Edit, color correct, and add effects to finalize videos.

Engagement & Community Interaction:

  • Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and participating in regional trends.
  • Work closely with the social media team to optimize content strategy based on engagement insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video content creation, particularly for TikTok (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to life.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
