We are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team and oversee quality control and testing activities within our switchgear manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise quality control inspections and testing throughout the manufacturing process.
- Oversee incoming inspections, in-process testing, final inspections, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, internal quality procedures, and applicable industry standards.
- Lead and guide the quality team to achieve quality objectives.
- Identify quality issues, implement corrective improvements, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers to maintain product quality.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and regulatory compliance records.
- Promote health, safety, and quality standards across manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical quality control and testing within the switchgear manufacturing industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in QC processes, in-process inspections, final testing, and FAT of switchgear.
- Knowledge of IEC standards is an advantage.
- Proven leadership and team supervision capabilities.
- Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
