  • Understand the relationship between the Business Partners Department and other internal departments, and analyze the existing collaboration mechanisms to enhance integration and streamline workflow.
  • Monitor joint operations with supporting departments such as recruitment, payroll, and other departments to ensure alignment of efforts and the achievement of client goals.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in inter-departmental processes and develop solutions to accelerate performance and enhance service levels.
  • Establish effective communication channels to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities between the Business Partners Department and other teams.
  • Provide advisory support to business partners by offering clear information about internal processes and workflows.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure the solutions provided align with their requirements.
  • Hold regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss potential challenges, and develop continuous improvement plans.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the client experience by improving the quality and efficiency of services provided.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their growth and expansion plans and provide necessary support to meet their future needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and analyze them, proposing new initiatives to improve service levels and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure quick and effective responses to any inquiries or urgent needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources or partnership management.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and labor systems.
  • Proficiency in English (Advanced level).
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR (Preferred).
