General Objective of the Job:
To participate in the preparation of the necessary research and studies for the launch and implementation of training programs aimed at developing digital skills among employees in the government sector. This includes conducting studies aimed at establishing systematic mechanisms and methods for registration in training programs, collecting data on the logistical matters necessary for the implementation of the specified programs, in addition to proposing models to measure the performance of training service providers, the effectiveness of training programs, and their impact on employees after completion. Furthermore, it involves following up on the completion of these tasks with the relevant authorities, with the goal of analyzing the related results and making appropriate decisions based on that.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the launch and implementation of training programs related to the development of digital skills for employees in the government sector, designed by the Digital Skills Development Department, in accordance with the established plans.
  2. Collect necessary data about institutes that offer discounted training programs for the government sector with which partnerships have been established, aiming to select the appropriate institute to implement the specified programs, in coordination with the relevant authorities.
  3. Participate in conducting necessary analyses regarding the logistical requirements related to digital skills development programs for employees in the government sector, and coordinate with the relevant authorities to provide them in a timely manner, in order to meet the program's needs and ensure its efficient and effective implementation.
  4. Participate in conducting necessary analyses aimed at establishing systematic mechanisms and methods for registration in training programs, with the goal of maximizing the benefits of the training programs and effectively meeting the needs of the trainees.
  5. Participate in conducting necessary studies to prepare effective models and tools for measuring the performance of training service providers, both local and international trainers, and propose them to the relevant authorities for approval, in addition to distributing them to the relevant authorities for completion.
  6. Participate in conducting necessary studies to prepare effective models and tools for measuring the effectiveness of the offered training programs and their impact on the trainees, and propose them to the relevant authorities for approval, in addition to distributing them to the relevant authorities for completion.
  7. Participate in the development and updating of a comprehensive database for training programs, including training content, trainee records, and other related matters.
  8. Coordinate with the marketing department to manage all media coverage of training programs and effectively publish it using social media and appropriate advertising campaigns, with the aim of increasing awareness and attracting more trainees.
  9. Perform any other tasks and responsibilities related to the field of work, as assigned by the direct manager.
