HONOR is looking for a self-motivated and energetic Store Expansion and Development Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop store layout plans and expansion strategies in Saudi Arabia based on Honor's strategic objectives.
  • Lead nationwide shopping mall expansion efforts, including client relationship building, site selection, and business negotiations.
  • Collaborate with real estate headquarters to establish partnerships, coordinate project implementation, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Achieve store-opening and real estate cooperation targets by adhering to company standards and timelines for site evaluation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in chain store development, preferably with Saudi retail brands or shopping malls.
  • Experience in liaising with major real estate groups (e.g., Cenomi, Hayat, Arabian Centers) or malls. Strong regional network and familiarity with Saudi mall ecosystems, especially in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
  • Strong learning agility and negotiation skills.
  • Keen market insight and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English as working languages.
