An exciting opportunity is available for Sr Accountant I, Legal Reporting, located in Riyadh.

Report to: Manager, Legal Reporting - Consolidation

Job purpose:

Performs professional accounting work involving policies and legal reporting, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with all internal and regulatory protocols.

Role responsibilities:

  • Analyses data by monitoring trends of the accounts and contributes to the investigation of anomalies.
  • Provides professional guidance and support on issues relating to accounting work involving policies and legal matters.
  • Coordinates with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure completeness of data and accuracy of information.
  • Prepares complex and specialized reports according to defined schedules and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Controls and monitors the commitments of payments and receipts of the company.
  • Maintains and follows up on documents, verifying deadlines.
  • Checks all documentation to ensure they are in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 8 years of experience with a degree or 12 years of experience with a diploma is desirable.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Finance and accounting.
  • Corporate finance.
  • Financial record keeping and reporting.
  • Financial process documentation.
  • Financial policy development, interpretation, and application.
  • Financial risk management.
