Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, and experience implementing Agile practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred.
