Position Overview

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in testing social insurance and pension management systems, ensuring high-quality software delivery for GOSI operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for GOSI's insurance and pension management systems.
  2. Create and maintain test cases for Java/Spring backend and Angular frontend applications.
  3. Develop a traceability matrix to confirm all business requirements were included in the test plan.
  4. Perform comprehensive UI/UX testing including usability, accessibility, and responsive design testing.
  5. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of social insurance applications.
  6. Support business users during User Acceptance Testing.
  7. Provide frequent updates (including dashboard analysis) to management on testing progress.
  8. Experience with testing REST APIs and microservices.
  9. Proficiency in testing tools like Katalon, and Groovy for Angular testing.
  10. Validate complex insurance calculations and benefit processing.
  11. Lead test automation initiatives for critical business processes.
  12. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in software testing, preferably in insurance or government sector.
  3. Strong understanding of GOSI's business processes and regulatory requirements.
  4. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  5. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  6. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  7. ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification preferred.
Common Requirements for All Positions
  1. Understanding of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI regulations (is a plus).
  2. Experience with social insurance systems and processes.
  3. Knowledge of data privacy and security requirements in the government sector.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  6. Experience with agile development methodologies.
