Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team full-time at our offices in Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This on-site role is ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who excels in client communication, coordination, and sales support. As a Sales Coordinator, you will help ensure the smooth operation of sales processes, manage client relationships, and support the successful execution of events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support daily sales activities and client requests
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
  • Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain and update all sales documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event execution with client expectations
  • Support the team with reporting, planning, and pipeline development

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales coordination or a related role
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Background in events or hospitality is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
