الوصف

يخطط ويؤدي المهام التي تتضمن تدفقات استقبال وشحن البضائع، والاحتفاظ بسجلات جرد دائمة، مع ضمان فائدة الفريق والأجهزة والمعدات.

المسؤوليات:

1. الاحتفاظ بالسجلات اليومية للبضائع الداخلية / الخارجية باستخدام أنظمة MS Office و ERP.
2. ضمان سرعة الإفادة ودقتها.
3. مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
4. إدارة العمال ومراقبة تقدمهم، والقدرة على تحديد أولويات الطلبات المستلمة.
5. تحديد السلع التي تحتاج إلى معاملة خاصة ولديك المنطق لتحديد كيفية متابعة الاستفسارات.
6. التأكد من أن جميع البضائع في متناول اليد بناءً على طلب العميل.
7. ضمان تلبية الطلبات وجودة البضائع.
8. كن على دراية باحتياجات استهلاك المستودعات، مثل اللوازم المكتبية وإصلاح المعدات والمتابعة حتى يتم تسليم الطلب.

المتطلبات:

1. سعودي فقط.
2. دبلوم / بكاليوس.

Description:

Warehouse Storekeeper plans and performs tasks that involve in-bound, out-bound flows, and maintaining perpetual inventory records, while ensuring utility of team, devices, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain receipt and records of daily in/out goods using MS Office and ERP systems.
2. Ensure timing and accuracy of response.
3. Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
4. Manage workers and monitor their progress, and be able to prioritize received orders.
5. Determine which goods need special treatment and have the logic to decide how to proceed with inquiries.
6. Ensure that all goods are on hand based on customer demand.
7. Assure fulfillment and quality of goods.
8. Be aware of warehouse consumption needs, such as office supplies and equipment repairs, and follow up until the request is delivered.

Requirement:

1. Saudi only.
2. Diploma / Bachelor.
