JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. The company aims to elevate the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, inspired by Vision 2030. With the aim of delivering solutions-based approaches, JASARA seeks to provide visible change within the kingdom and offers the opportunity to work on exciting and complex programs. The successful candidate for the Quality Manager position will be a vital member of the team, ensuring that all projects meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop quality assurance procedures to ensure projects meet company and client requirements.
  2. Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Train project teams in quality management procedures and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with project managers to develop project quality plans and monitor their implementation.
  5. Lead the development of project-specific quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection procedures, and checklists.
  6. Manage the company's non-conformance process, including tracking and resolving issues.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality expectations are met.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management in the civil engineering industry.
  3. Experience in Social Infrastructure programs is strongly preferred.
  4. Experience leading and managing quality teams.
  5. Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  6. Strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance procedures.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
