We're looking for an ambitious Head of Digital to lead the strategic direction of our digital channels, oversee a full website transformation, and deliver measurable performance across all marketing touchpoints.

What You'll Do:

  1. Set the Digital Agenda – Lead a full website revamp focused on usability, SEO, and high conversion.
  2. Shape Strategy – Create and execute a digital marketing plan that drives brand visibility, traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
  3. Build High-Performing Channels – Manage and optimise activity across SEO, SEM, content, paid ads, email, and social media.
  4. Drive Innovation – Use tools such as heat mapping, A/B testing, and Google Analytics to continually enhance digital performance.
  5. Lead the Team – Manage and develop a digital marketing team, working cross-functionally with key departments.
  6. Manage Spend & ROI – Plan, deliver, and report on digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring strong return on investment.
  7. Report and Optimise – Own key performance metrics, delivering weekly and monthly reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior digital marketing role, ideally within wellness, fitness, or lifestyle sectors
  • Proven leadership in website management, digital strategy, and campaign performance
  • Strong technical and analytical background with hands-on experience across all digital channels
  • Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, ClickUp or Trello
  • Experience managing paid media and SEO strategy
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication and project management skills
  • Passionate about digital innovation, health, and personal development
