Overall Purpose of the Role

Digital Marketing Specialist shall lead AIGC online and digital marketing initiatives, strengthen company product marketing, enhance brand visibility, create impactful campaigns, managing events, and drive customer engagement to support business growth. This role demands a hands-on experience and approach to product marketing, branding, and digital content creation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising.
  • Optimize digital campaigns to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and support sales goals.
  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and videos tailored to AI, IoT, drones & robotics, and smart city technologies.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to increase traffic.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence on relevant platforms.
  • Create compelling product marketing collateral, including datasheets, product videos, brochures, and presentations, tailored to different industries and customer personas.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning to refine product messaging.
  • Organize company-hosted events, including webinars, conferences, and product launches, to showcase solutions and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of events and marketing activities.
  • Support internal communications and initiatives that reinforce the company's mission and vision.
  • Build effective go-to-market strategies to realize the full commercial potential of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with business lines and sales account team to produce content relevant to customer applications and use cases to drive business value..
  • Create application-focused content (seminars, videos, blog posts, demos), workflow and product demos, cross product workflows, and customer presentations in the Digital solutions and AI focused topics.
  • Deliver seminars and demos to customers to ensure messages and content resonate and communicate the benefits of our solutions effectively.
  • Manage market campaigns and participate in events, follow up with leads and measure participation ROI
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Set strategic KPIs and provide clear and consistent progress reporting.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms & marketing campaigns for B2B.
  • Experience in creating marketing content, product positioning, and event coordination.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industries such as public sector, O&G, utilities, and smart infrastructure is preferred.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the technology or information technology sector.

Languages

  • English ,Arabic.
