General Summary

As Senior Director – Marketing, you'll spearhead the review and delivery of marketing initiatives across a broad multi-asset real estate portfolio spanning hospitality, entertainment, residential, retail, office, and more.

In this exciting leadership role, you'll drive high-impact marketing initiatives that bring life to world-class destinations. You'll work closely with asset operators to ensure every marketing plan reflects the brand's ambition, aligns with broader business goals, and delivers standout customer experiences.

We're looking for an innovative marketing leader with deep expertise in strategy, digital media, PR, analytics, and team leadership—especially within hospitality, entertainment, and real estate. If you thrive in high-energy environments and love shaping compelling brand narratives, this role is for you.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Lead hotel marketing strategy from pre-opening through to successful stabilization.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with hotel operators and service providers.
  • Drive marketing readiness for new openings, collaborating across development, ops, and beyond.
  • Oversee all marketing elements tied to operator onboarding and property handover.
  • Support execution of key hotel agreements (HMAs, TSAs) with strategic input.
  • Elevate brand presence and guest experience to the highest standard.
  • Push for optimal performance—financially and operationally.
  • Align marketing efforts with ESG and sustainability objectives.
  • Maximize asset value while proactively managing risk.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Champion a bold, customer-focused marketing strategy for the entire portfolio.
  • Align individual asset marketing plans with a strong, unified brand vision.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and lead creative repositioning when needed.
  • Collaborate across departments and external partners to deliver seamless execution.
  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance to ensure measurable success.
  • Lead the charge on digital innovation, PropTech, and future-forward marketing tools.
  • Own marketing for asset readiness—handover, commissioning, and certification.
  • Oversee vendor selection and performance with a sharp eye for excellence.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing frameworks, policies, and KPIs.
  • Dive into additional high-impact marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field

Preferred Certifications

  • Recognized industry certifications and professional memberships

Experience

  • 20+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Strong background in hospitality and entertainment marketing; pre-opening experience highly valued
  • International experience, particularly in MENA, is a plus
