As a Senior Retail of Project Management at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of our transformative projects aimed at establishing an unparalleled entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and closure of project activities, ensuring they align with Qiddiya's strategic goals and deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead project management efforts across various teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality projects in accordance with established timelines and budgets.
  2. Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  4. Implement and improve project management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  5. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
  6. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and key milestones.
  7. Conduct risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Support project teams in resolving issues and facilitating decision-making to keep projects on track.
  9. Monitor and report on project performance metrics, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  10. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  11. Mentor and develop junior project management staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is highly preferred.
  2. Minimum 9-12 years of relative experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, preferably within the construction or entertainment sectors.
  3. Strong leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  4. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  5. Proven experience in Risk Management, budget management, resource allocation, and Forecasting to maximize project efficiency.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  8. Experience in the implementation of global projects relative to retail applications is a plus.
