Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain various CNC machines including laser cutting machines, press brakes (bending machines), and printing presses. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality, precise production of metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines such as laser cutters, press brakes, and industrial printing machines.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Adjust machine settings such as speed, pressure, and dimensions according to job requirements.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products using measurement tools to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Technical diploma or industrial training certificate (preferably in Mechanical or CNC Operation).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC machines, especially laser cutting, bending (press brake), and printing machines.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers).
  • Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and CNC machine programming basics.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of machine safety standards and procedures.
