  • Checking, adjusting and preparing the machine parts before starting operation and always ensuring that they are operating at the required level
  • Preparing daily and periodic reports on the progress of production operations on the line and clarifying the technical status of the performance of the machine and production line.
  • Implementing periodic and preventive programs to maintain production lines, machines and industrial equipment
  • Follow standard operating procedures and determine the feasibility of stopping or operating the machine according to the flow of the production process
  • Reporting malfunctions and technical problems of the machine as soon as they occur, recording the processes and reasons for stopping, and working to reduce the chances of recurring malfunctions.
  • Monitoring the production process and providing the machine with the necessary materials to ensure quality, conformity of the product to standards, and achieving the highest production efficiency
  • Applying occupational health and safety procedures and quality standards at the work site
  • Ensure that the final product and materials supplied to the machine conform to the required specifications
  • Preparing the factory's requests and needs for spare parts in coordination with the maintenance supervisor based on the periodic breakdown report
  • Interacting immediately with maintenance requests in the factory, recording faults and technical problems, and working to fix them as quickly as possible to ensure that the production lines operate according to the approved plan.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma of the Industrial Institute, specializing in operating production machines, or a diploma of the Technical College, specializing in production, or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience
