Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing the technical and business delivery of LOB (Lines of Business) projects and acting as a Project Sponsor on common projects, leading all other teams in the delivery from a business side, as assigned.
  2. The Project Leader will be responsible for managing the project scheduling, cost, and delivery standards.
  3. Key KPIs include:
    1. Accumulative subordinates PM's KPIs
    2. Customer satisfaction & delivery against project specifications
  4. Manage small & medium sized projects independently in accordance with the company's policy.
  5. Prepare the detailed project management plan.
  6. Identify risks and plan their management/mitigation.
  7. Update the Account Manager on a regular basis regarding the progress and development of the project.
  8. Ensure the project's overall objectives, targets at various key stages, and individuals' responsibilities are clearly understood by all concerned parties.
  9. Monitor performance against the plan; highlight areas of slippage and identify/initiate corrective action.
  10. Prepare and submit project progress reports (as needed) to the program manager.
  11. Prepare project plan, communicate it to the team, and review the plan with the Project Manager from the client's side.
  12. Manage the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Giza and manage problems that may arise.
  13. Communicate all necessary project purchases to the procurement department and provide them with technical assistance for the ordering of project supplies.
  14. Follow-up on stage approvals with the client and compile acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project.
  15. Review and undertake quality assurance on all client deliverables prepared by the team before they are sent to the client, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.
  16. Monitor the invoicing of a project and notify Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
  17. Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports to the PMO, Program Manager, and the relevant manager.
  18. Request resources required on the project from resource management, assign work to the team, and monitor the progress of the team, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved in a timely manner.
  19. Manage the staff chargeability and all other project costs and expenses to ensure that they are within the budget and prepare and submit Project Profit/Loss Status Reports to the Program Manager.
  20. Assess the training needs of the team and prepare a training plan for submission and approval by the LOB Head.
  21. Follow-up Internal Policies & Procedures.
  22. Register on MS Project all plans with achieved tasks and register delays.
