Job Overview
To design, implement, maintain, and support the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of all network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN networks.
- Install, configure, and manage network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
- Ensure network uptime and minimize service disruptions.
- Support wired and wireless network infrastructure.
- Configure and manage firewalls, network security rules, and access controls.
- Implement network security best practices including VLANs, segmentation, and NAC.
- Monitor network security events and respond to incidents.
- Support compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Apply firmware updates and security patches to network devices.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and network documentation.
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and service providers.
- Support network-related IT projects and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate network diagrams and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to IT support teams.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in network administration or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Experience with enterprise networking equipment such as Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet.
- Experience with firewall technologies is required.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle incidents.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of the English language.
