Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, health sciences, or an equivalent field.
  • Over 6 years of experience in developing IT strategies and digital transformation models, with a strong grasp of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and regulatory.
  • Requires a strong understanding of IT strategic planning, business-IT alignment, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of current digital technologies and trends.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Track record of successfully delivering large-scale digital projects.
  • Experience in change management and cultural transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial analysis.
