Stafford Lawrence Ltd Construction and Engineering Recruitment consultants are recruiting for a new team for our Cost Consultancy client for their offices in Riyadh KSA. There are a number of positions on offer. All these vacancies require previous experience in the Middle East, preference for previous experience in KSA. The positions we are seeking to fill are as follows:

1. MRICS Associate Director - Cost
2. MRICS Senior Cost Consultant /Senior Quantity Surveyor
3. MRICS Quantity Surveyor

Requirements 1.) MRICS Associate Director - Cost Consultancy Job Vacancies KSA

• Director level candidates for this role should have experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy as a Chartered Director or Associate Director. This role will be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
• Chartered Associate Directors should have a minimum of 15 years post degree experience to be considered for this Riyadh Job Vacancy.
• MRICS Chartered Status, you must be a current Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Quantity Surveying route.
• A degree qualification in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, taken at a well-known Western University.
• Experience of Hotels, Resorts, Residential, Leisure Entertainment or Stadiums projects is required.
• Strong Pre and Post Contract experience with a consultancy organisation is essential.
• Experience with Tier 1 construction consultancy organisations is required, with at least 80% of your working experience being in this area.

Requirements 2.) MRICS Senior Cost Consultant/ Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Experience working with a Tier 1 Construction Cost Consultancy in the Middle East is required. 80% of your experience MUST be on the Consultancy side.
• The Senior Cost Consultant should have a minimum of 10 years post degree experience, with 8 years in a Cost Consultancy.
• MRICS Chartered Status is required.
• A degree qualification in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, taken at a well-known Western University.
• Experience of Hotels, Resorts, Residential, Leisure Entertainment or Stadiums projects is required.
• Strong Pre and Post Contract experience with a consultancy organisation is essential.

Requirements 3.) MRICS Cost Consultant/ Quantity Surveyor

• Experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy in the Middle East is required. 80% of your experience must be with a Cost Consultancy.
• MRICS Chartered Status is required.
• The Cost Consultant should have 5-9 years post degree experience.
• A degree qualification in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, taken at a well-known Western University.
• Experience of Hotels, Resorts, Residential, Leisure Entertainment or Stadiums projects is required.
• Strong Pre and Post Contract experience with a consultancy organisation is essential.

Salary & Benefits - Cost Consultancy Job Vacancies KSA

1. MRICS Associate Director - 55,000 - 65,000 SAR Per month Total Package
2. MRICS Senior Cost Consultant - 38,000 - 50,000 SAR per month Total Package
3. MRICS Cost Consultant - 30,000 - 37,000 SAR per month Total Package

All these positions are on a 5 day week. Additional benefits include:
