Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Specialist at ntam located in Jeddah. The role involves daily tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive client growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing agencies, coupled with excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills. This role requires fluency in both English and Arabic, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and driving new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Use insights to inform business development strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align client needs with service delivery.
  • Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients to maintain high standards of service.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is REQUIRED.
  • Proven experience in a similar business development role, preferably in marketing agencies.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising trends, with the ability to pitch creative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other business development software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
