Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound activities.
  • Utilize CRM tools, email campaigns, and social media platforms to generate leads.
  • Initiate conversations with prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce CEQUENS CPaaS / SaaS solutions.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to position CEQUENS as the ideal partner.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain a seamless handoff of prospects to account executives.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the CPaaS / SaaS space.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales 360 business development role, preferably in the CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom industries.
  • Understanding of the technology sales process.
  • Proven new business hunting experience.
  • Must be able to speak and write both English and Arabic at a business level.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
