- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain a seamless handoff of prospects to account executives.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the CPaaS / SaaS space.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales 360 business development role, preferably in the CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom industries.
- Understanding of the technology sales process.
- Proven new business hunting experience.
- Must be able to speak and write both English and Arabic at a business level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
