Employee Development:

  • Create and execute programs to develop skills and competencies across all levels of the organization, supporting career progression and organizational capability.

Employee Well-Being:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee well-being, including wellness programs, work-life balance initiatives, and mental health support resources, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.

Cultural Excellence:

  • Promote a high-performance and inclusive culture, ensuring that organizational values are integrated into performance and development strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of OKRs, coaching programs, and well-being initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to refine.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in Organizational Development (OD) with at least 7 years of experience in OD, Learning & Development (L&D), or related fields.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing OKRs/KPIs to align individual, team, and company objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in performance management frameworks, including coaching managers on goal setting, tracking, and achieving OKRs.
  • Expertise in employee development programs to build skills, support career growth, and enhance organizational capability.
