C4I Quality Assurance Engineer DALMA 178QAE Dalma Tech2, Saudi Arabia Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdvise the QA/I management on the day-to-day status of all installation/maintenance conducted on C4I systems and provide key quality indicators for system quality and performance.Provide QC technical support for concept of installation, operations (CONOPS) and maintenance for the C4I systems and the Quality Assurance and Inspection team.Monitor all maintenance activities to ensure that the personnel perform maintenance in compliance with the published administrative and safety directives, policies, safety regulations, and instructions and procedures.Conduct periodic audits to verify that the installation is properly identified in accordance with the baseline installation drawings and the configuration database and recommend corrective action when discrepancies are found.Act as an independent quality test engineer for hardware/software installations.Provide project management (PM) functions for all maintenance QC activities (planning, scheduling, execution, coordination, and evaluation) while making recommendations for improvements.Maintain the QC related documentation, e.g., QA Maintenance Operating Instructions (MOI).Monitor and execute personnel evaluations using procedures, checklists, baselines, guidelines, technical orders, and standards.Provide maintenance management support to the Maintenance Standards Evaluation Team (MSET) in accordance with the Maintenance Standards Evaluation Program (MSEP).Provide training to personnel and augment existing OJT training programs as required by the commander in charge.Serve as a Quality Assurance advisor in the performance of maintenance activities assisting maintenance supervisors and managers in the resolution of performance issues while assisting in solving the system bottlenecks and quality issues.Generate reports and give presentations to senior management staff members as needed.Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management within the realm of QA/I.Job SpecificationQualificationsThe candidate shall have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering. The candidate must have hands-on and supervisory experience maintaining Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems, networks, and subsystems.ExperienceThe candidate shall have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in maintenance and management of C4I systems including communication networks, surveillance radars, and security systems.The experience in item 1 above shall include five (5) years working in quality management discipline with a proven track record of measurable quality improvement in the organization.Must be conversant with C4I equipment, facilities, and installations in use in security and/or has had experience in the C4I equipment, facilities, installations or systems of similar type and generation in a security/military environment.Experience in IP/ATM and the latest C4I technologies will be preferred.Experience in implementing principles of and processes for quality assurance is required. Likewise, the experience with the code of practice supporting Total Quality is highly desirable.The experience shall include demonstrated ability to work independently, completing multiple and often competing tasks.Candidate must have experience with project management activities like planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring. Must have experience in evaluation, selection, application, and procedures for maintenance and training.Must be familiar with industry standards used in maintaining C4I equipment.Must have experience developing technical reports, presentations, and proposals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
