HR Policies and Compliance:Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
