Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy that aligns with organizational objectives
  • Conduct risk assessments and devise risk mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions
  • Produce regular risk reports and dashboards, presenting key findings and recommendations to management
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor risk exposure and ensure adherence to risk management protocols
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards related to reporting and risk management
  • Facilitate training and workshops to promote a culture of risk awareness across the organization
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management and reporting

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in risk management and reporting, preferably in project management or engineering
  • Proven experience in data analysis and the use of reporting tools and software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM) are a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
