Qualifications

- Proven track record of successfully implementing lean manufacturing techniques and driving efficiency gains.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.

- Proficiency in data analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

- Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-departmental projects.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
