Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Digital Transformation Trainers with over 10 years of hands-on experience in delivering high-quality training in digital transformation. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver training programs that empower our workforce and external clients to embrace digital transformation strategies and tools. Your expertise will be key in driving our organization's digital maturity and ensuring sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials on digital transformation concepts and technologies.
  • Tailor content to meet the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars using both in-person and virtual platforms.
  • Utilize innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously update and refine training content based on emerging industry trends and learner needs.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to trainees, helping them apply digital transformation strategies effectively.
  • Develop post-training resources to ensure continued learning and practical application of skills.
  • Work closely with internal teams and business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Share insights and best practices to drive overall digital transformation efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Over 10 years of experience in training, specifically in digital transformation or related fields.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs in complex technical environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adjust training approaches based on audience feedback and evolving industry trends.
