Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping EuroTech ME grow our business in the KSA through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

This role would suit someone early in their Business Development/Sales career.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferable.
  • Experience working within the GCC region.
  • Some experience in Sales or Business Development is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Arabic & English fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales Manager to help drive EuroTech ME's growth and presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with the wider teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Travel to client sites and industry events is needed to foster relationships and represent the company.
