Your role:

• Manages a team of legal professionals in performing legal activities to ensure that the clients adhere to and understand the relevant laws.
• May provide legal advice, counsel and service to external business clients concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges of corporations to ensure that corporate interests are well-represented.
• May advise clients concerning business transactions, liability claims, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations to protect the client's reputation and business interests.
• Responsible for the preparation of legal briefs and opinions, and filing appeals in state and federal courts of appeal to protect the organization's interests.
• Responsible for interpreting laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinates work with external counsel.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years' experience as Legal Counsel
• Preferably previous law firm experience
• Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.
• Has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Legal
• This role is only for Saudi Nationals
