The Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of clinical services and a digital clinic offering in-person, Telehealth, and remote healthcare services. This role ensures smooth and efficient clinical operations, high-quality patient care, and high member satisfaction. The manager will monitor service delivery, address operational challenges, and support the strategic expansion of digital clinic services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Operations Management
  • Oversee all clinical and digital clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for clinical workflows, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Monitor clinical performance metrics such as patient wait times, consultation durations, and clinician productivity.
  • Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.
Post-Consultation Service Monitoring
  • Ensure timely completion of follow-up services like appointments, lab orders, and medications.
  • Implement tracking systems for post-consultation activities.
  • Coordinate with staff to verify service delivery.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms for issues and complaints related to both in-person and digital clinics.
Member Satisfaction Management
  • Address and resolve member satisfaction issues.
  • Review patient surveys, analyze feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Train staff to enhance patient interactions.
Operational Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare reports on consultations, labs, and medications.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management.
Scheduling and Resource Management
  • Ensure clinician schedules are prepared and optimized.
  • Monitor booking trends and adjust schedules proactively.
  • Coordinate scheduling changes and communicate with teams.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
  • Problem-solving skills focused on service and operational improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
  • Arabic and English language proficiency.
Education and Experience
  • Degree in Medicine and Surgery.
