- Average of 10 years of verifiable knowledge and experience in sales, with 5+ years in real estate or a related industry.
- Demonstrated a consistent track record of achieving exceptional sales performance, surpassing set targets and quotas.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field within a recognized university. Certificates and Masters are a plus.
Functional Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share and to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement data-driven budgets that optimize resource allocation to support initiatives and maximum team performance, while proactively monitoring and adjusting as needed.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and implement lead generation strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze market trends, identify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create and implement marketing strategies and effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Build and manage the sales team, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management, while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. Assist team with complex sales situations and negotiations.
- Set clear and achievable sales goals for the team and team members. Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.
- Address clients' concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
