Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. In addition to client support, you will actively engage in telesales tasks, promoting products and services to clients. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
- Provide product recommendations and assist with order processing.
- Actively engage in telesales by making outbound calls to promote and upsell products or services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed telesales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and streamline solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to ensure accurate and effective communication with clients.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer support tools, CRM systems, and telesales software.
- Prior experience in client support, telesales, or a related field is a strong plus.
