Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project controls and reporting strategies, processes, and procedures
  • Generate project reports and distribute them to project stakeholders
  • Responsible for delivering the project reports, including developing various report formats, dashboards, presentations, and others, as required by the project team
  • Coordinate a team of project controls professionals, providing guidance and support
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, performance, and financials
  • Develop and maintain project controls dashboards and reports
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and update project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Facilitate project risk assessment and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Provide leadership and expertise in project controls to ensure adherence to project deliverables and quality standards
RequirementsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience

Minimum 4 years in portfolio and program controls and reporting in construction.

Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
