Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Coordinator to join our team at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co. in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will assist in managing contract documentation, tracking key milestones, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and maintain contract documents and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution and delivery of contractual obligations.
- Maintain contract records and databases, tracking deliverables, timelines, and renewal dates.
- Assist in resolving contractual disputes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status and key metrics for management.
- Support the procurement and legal teams in administrative tasks related to contracting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in contract management or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and commercial contract standards.
- Understanding of the investment, real estate, or financial sector is a plus.
