Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership

2. Team Management
- Coaching and Development: Enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Conflict Resolution: Address customers' complaints and internal issues.
3. Commercial Management
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Pricing Strategy: Determine pricing structure and discount policies.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, supply chain logistics, and distribution within the market.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
4. Customer Relationships
- Key Account Management: Foster relationships with major clients.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Retention: Ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and resolve concerns.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
- 8+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership skills.
