Job Title: Account Manager
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets.
- Understand and analyse customer's business needs, technical requirements and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values.
- Possess deep product knowledge of Zoho products with an ability to show product demos as needed.
- Build and manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping opportunity. Build relationships, retain, negotiate and close business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and arrest churn.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of business development experience from a software/SaaS background targeting mid to large sized companies.
- Prior experience in selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting and HRMS is preferred.
- Proven track record of growing business from existing customer accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition
- Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment
- Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.
