As the Co-Founder, Partnerships of our football fan engagement platform, your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with football clubs across Saudi Arabia.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all club-related operations and communications.
- Strategically plan and execute experiences that align with both the clubs' and our platform's objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics for all experiences, including timely delivery of resources required by clubs or from clubs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into partnership strategies.
- Regularly evaluate partnership effectiveness and implement improvements to optimize engagement and performance.
About you:
- You are a Saudi National with proven experience in operations management, preferably in sports, e-commerce, or related fields.
- You possess a comprehensive understanding of the football and sports industry, including market dynamics, trends, and fan expectations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Saudi football clubs/national league, working collaboratively to understand fan needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful operational outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
