We are looking for an experienced and certified SCRUM Master to lead and facilitate agile practices for a high-impact FinTech project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in project management, SCRUM frameworks, and working with tools like JIRA to ensure efficient and successful delivery of project objectives. This is an onsite engagement for a duration of 6 months to 1 year, with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Facilitation: Lead SCRUM ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a servant leader to the development team, fostering collaboration and removing obstacles to ensure progress and delivery.
  • Project Management: Plan and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • JIRA Management: Configure and manage JIRA boards, workflows, and reports to track sprint progress and maintain transparency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage the team to adopt best practices in agile development, identify process inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and action plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a SCRUM Master or in a similar role, preferably in FinTech or related industries.
  • Certification in SCRUM (e.g., CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SCRUM principles, agile methodologies, and project management frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for task management, reporting, and workflow customization.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
