Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating precise 2D drawings using AutoCAD and capable of producing 3D models and visualizations using a variety of suitable tools, such as 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or others. This is a full-time role where the draftsman will contribute to both the technical detailing and visualization of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Produce accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
  2. Create 3D models and renderings to visualize designs using appropriate 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.).
  3. Translate architectural concepts into technical drawings and high-quality 3D renders.
  4. Collaborate with design teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications and are delivered on time.
  5. Modify and update drawings and models based on feedback and changes.
  6. Organize and maintain drawing and model files in an efficient manner.
  7. Ensure all technical documentation and designs adhere to project standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as an architectural draftsman or in a similar role.
  2. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
  3. Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.).
  4. Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to work fast.
  6. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
