THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Experienced professionals bring us the know-how to make lasting change for our clients and our company. We provide industry- and discipline-specific knowledge and expertise, amplifying our impact and helping us shape the future for our clients. Engagement Managers are the on-scene leaders who run our projects day to day. You will lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution. You will ensure that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive. It's a role that demands thought leadership at the strategic level – and command of all the technical and operational details of execution. You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.

YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
  2. At least 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization).
  3. In-depth knowledge of topics specifically within the Digital industry.
  4. Track record of managing teams and clients, and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  5. Ability to apply depth of content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution.
  6. Outstanding communication skills; comfort in presenting to senior executives, both internally and among clients.
  7. A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
  8. Aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down key issues in a hugely complex challenge.
  9. Initiative in seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put existing ones to good use.
  10. An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  11. Willingness to travel.
