Civil Engineer

Requirements

• Educational degree—Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Special training in technology use and language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil codes and standards, Primavera P6, MS Project
• Project Management Certificate
• HSE and Quality compliance

Competencies

• Proficiency in civil and structural engineering concepts
• Understanding of soil investigation, foundation design, and concrete works
• Ability to interpret civil structural drawings and specifications
• Quality control for materials (e.g., concrete, steel, rebar) and workmanship
• Reporting site progress and NCRs to the project team
• Liaison with consultants for inspections and approvals
• Strong site supervision and team coordination skills
• Monitoring work sequence and resolving technical issues on-site
• Capacity to ensure safety, quality, and progress simultaneously
