Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Thermal System, to join the resident product engineering team in the plant. You will lead by example, solve complex thermal and HVAC challenges, and guide cross-functional teams through design releases and process improvements.
The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, PFMEA/DFMEA, and ensuring design intent across high-volume production. Experience in high-performance EV systems is strongly preferred.
