Position: Quality Supervisor

Gender: Male / Female

Nationality: Any nationality

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, preferably in the paper products, paper cups, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
Must hold a recognized QC/QA certification.
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection, testing, and defect analysis.
Experience in handling customer complaints, NCRs, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, or other relevant quality management systems is an advantage.
Ability to supervise QC activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Supervise daily QC/QA activities and inspection processes.
Ensure products meet required quality specifications and customer requirements.
Monitor production quality and identify recurring defects.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain quality records, reports, checklists, and inspection documents.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Support internal and external audits.
