Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled and innovative Manager Instructional Designer for our Performance Unit - Sales & Leasing. This role is essential in creating compelling and effective training materials and learning experiences tailored to our sales and leasing teams, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of instructional materials and curriculum for sales and leasing teams, focusing on enhancing performance and driving results.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create content that meets those needs through engaging learning experiences.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional design methodologies, learning strategies, and evaluation techniques to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Develop and implement assessments to measure training effectiveness and learner retention.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and development.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed to support ongoing professional development of sales and leasing staff.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training materials and programs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align training initiatives with organizational goals and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate feedback from training sessions to continuously improve content and delivery methods.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5-9 years of experience in instructional design, preferably with a focus on sales and leasing training.
  • Strong background in adult learning principles and assessment methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using instructional design software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Innovative thinking and creativity in developing engaging learning solutions.
  • Experience in the real estate or entertainment industries is an added advantage.
