Key Responsibilities:

• Workshop Delivery: Facilitate pre-designed and custom workshops that address beneficiary needs.
• Pre-Employment Preparation: Deliver modules on CV writing, interview skills, and job-readiness.
• Beneficiary Support: Conduct group preparation sessions for pre-employment interviews and provide constructive feedback on job-readiness.
• Content Development: Design new workshops and upgrade existing training materials to ensure relevance and quality.
• Collaboration: Partner with NPOs, supporting their training needs through workshops and onboarding materials.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, including attendance, notes, and training feedback.
• Venue Coordination: Manage training spaces and online learning environments to maximize participation.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collect participant feedback and recommend improvements to materials and delivery methods.

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in training and development, human resources, or a related field.
• Certified in Training Practice (CTP), CIPD, TOT, or equivalent.
• High computer literacy (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop).

Experience:

• At least 2 years of proven experience delivering corporate training.
• Expertise in curriculum development and upgrading learning materials.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or CRM platforms.
• Track record of effective face-to-face and online training delivery.
