Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to exceed individual and team sales goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to capture key markets and increase revenue.
  3. Foster strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for further business growth.
  4. Analyze market trends and provide feedback to management on customer preferences and competitive landscape.
  5. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget proposals for the management team.
  6. Drive team engagement and create a motivation-driven culture focused on performance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Results-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and decision-making.
