Regional Field Marketing Manager

Bio-Rad Laboratories is looking to recruit a motivated and result-oriented Regional Field Marketing Manager (Clinical Diagnostics) to our office in Riyadh. Would you be passionate about improving people's lives with products that make a real difference? Then this role could be your next challenge

How You'll Make an Impact:

1. Oversees the field marketing for a region with sales of 50M+
2. Lead the execution of the Global Field Marketing Strategy within the EEMEA region
3. Uses acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent
4. Enable sales to activate Go to Market strategies
5. Manage, develop, and mentor the field marketing team
6. Leads and directs a team of 3-5 marketing individuals
7. Execute regional marketing tactics that support the global field marketing plan
8. Maintain alignment with product marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging for regional program
9. Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure that local strategies harmonize with global marketing plans
10. Analyze the sales cycle, channel mix, and customer segmentation to optimize the selling process across different customer segments and personas
11. Ensure successful lead/opportunity capture, nurture, and delivery to the sales teams
12. Travel with field marketing team in the region, to provide coaching and feedback on performance

What You Bring:

1. 5 years of proven work experience with a mix of marketing, strategic, technical, and business background.
2. A minimum of 2 years marketing experience including upstream and downstream activities
3. Experience with working and living in Saudi Arabia is a must
4. Experience working in a field marketing team is an advantage
5. Sales Experience is an advantage
6. Deep knowledge of local markets in the selling region
7. Skilled in performance management
8. A knowledge of project management best practices
9. Proficiency in driving revenue through highly effective marketing and measuring results
10. Skilled in building positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams, across multiple departments and functions
11. Customer centric, creative, and visionary thinker
12. Proficient problem solver and data driven decision maker
13. Can work independently and is accountable to team performance

Education:

1. Minimum: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical sciences, or marketing. Preferred: MBA with a marketing focus
